Maresa Becerra manages SCA’s day-to-day operations with direct oversight of several disciplines including: finance, legal, accounting, and human resources. She also provides support to the CEO in regards to project management and client relations. Maresa is dedicated to creating an efficient environment in order to help the Team be able to focus on their tasks with passion.

Project Management: Helped manage the financial and contractual aspects of several near-billion dollar, US-funded projects, based in the Middle East.

Operations: Successful record of vital contributions for creating efficient operational systems for  various organizations and international field offices. Implemented various company processes and systems: Project status and cost tracking, HR process, Employee travel benefits, Payroll, and Accounting.
