Lead’s SCA’s business development and client engagement activities with governments, utilities, developers, and investors for global sustainable infrastructure opportunities. Adjunct professor at the University of Delaware. Founded Katalusis Foundation in 2005.
Economic development and capital markets professional with over 12 years of experience, executing financings totaling over $2B. Advises governments, governmental agencies and investors on sustainable infrastructure projects primarily in the Caribbean. Jerome is excited about economic development that provides real value in terms of jobs, training and re-shaping communities.
Vice President, Research and Policy
Policy expert, researcher, and published author focused on emerging markets, disruptive technology and innovation, energy systems and sustainable economic growth. Over 13 years of experience covering carbon finance, renewable energy systems, solar, building efficiency, LEED, HVAC, fluorochemicals, GHG accounting, compliance and regulation, corporate sustainability, and climate strategy. Advises foundations, government entities and the private sector. Writing has been featured by The World Bank, The Economist Intelligence Unit, The World Economic Forum, the MasterCard Center for Inclusive Growth, the Rockefeller Investor Group, and the Joint US-China Cooperation for Clean Energy.
Jennifer joined SCA in October 2019 following a move to Washington D.C. from London. Prior to relocating to the US she worked as an equity research analyst in investment banks in the City of London. With a background in Emerging and Frontier Markets, she later gained exposure to a wide variety of asset classes and investments most recently focused on renewable energy infrastructure.
Recent graduate of MA in Organizational Leadership with prior background in Systems Engineering. Special focus on renewable energy operations and finance, strategy development and risk analysis. Works closely with clients, providing strategic and analytical support.
Alexander Bonelli received his M.A. in International Business & Development Economics from the George Washington University and his B.S. in Environmental Science & Sustainability from Cornell University. Over two years of experience in strategy consulting, economic modeling and capital market analysis for non-profits, private firms, and major research universities. Alexander is genuinely passionate about sustainable energy and infrastructure financing to catalyze sustainable international development.
